Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency specified at the time of purchase (or monthly if unspecified) at the then-prevailing rate. Your designated payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees, including any relevant taxes, at the commencement of each new billing period.
Cancellation Procedure
To avoid charges for the subsequent billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled renewal date. Access After Cancellation
Following a valid cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features of the Service until the end of your current active billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for the remaining days in a partially used billing cycle.

Due to the substantial infrastructure costs and computational resources associated with AI-powered video generation, Seedance AI Community generally does not offer refunds for any completed purchases or active subscriptions. To ensure the Service meets your expectations, we provide limited free credits/messages for evaluation purposes prior to any financial commitment.
Acceptance of Terms
By upgrading to a paid subscription or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have utilized the trial period to assess the Service and expressly accept this no-refund policy.
Refund Dispute Resolution
In the event of a refund dispute or a formal claim, we will conduct a comprehensive internal investigation, including a review of transaction data and service usage logs. We reserve the right to request additional information from you to verify the claim. Seedance AI Community will determine the final resolution based on the evidence provided.
Fraudulent Claims
If a refund claim is determined to be fraudulent or an abuse of the Service, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. You may be held liable for any costs, including administrative and legal fees, incurred by us in processing or contesting such fraudulent claims.
